Magdalien is the Manager of the Foreign Patent Department and deals with incoming patent and registered design instructions received from foreign clients for filing in African countries outside of South Africa.  With more than 6 years’ experience in intellectual property law, she specialises in the filing and prosecution of patents and registered designs in African countries, including ARIPO and OAPI.
